Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 diced ripe tomatoes
2 chopped green onions
1/2 clove garlic, pureed or 1 tsp. granulated
1 1/2 to 2 oz. lime juice
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
1 oz. salad oil
diced jalapeno to desired hotness
1 small diced onion
3 oz. tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste
