Apple Topped Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. 2% milk
    1 (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
    2 small pkg. vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
    1 tsp. cinnamon, divided
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 can sliced apples, drained and diced
    sugar substitute to taste
Preparation
    Gradually beat milk into cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add pudding mixes and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Beat one or two minutes.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Mix apples and other 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
    Sweeten to taste.
    Spoon over pudding mixture.
    Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
    Store in refrigerator.
