Crunchy Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Beefaroni
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained or 1 1/2 c. cooked vegetables
    2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon from skillet and crumble. Drain fat, reserving 2 tablespoons. Saute onion and celery until tender.
    Add beefaroni, crumbled bacon, vegetables and 1 cup cheese; mix well.
    Spoon mixture into 2-quart casserole.
    Combine corn chips and 1 cup shredded cheese. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serves six.
