Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs (large)
1 tsp. apple Schnapps
2 baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and 1/4 cup milk.
Add eggs and 1/4 cup milk and stir.
Add Schnapps and stir.
Add apples and stir.
Cover bottom of baking dish with butter and pour mixture on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 1/2 hour.
Dust with powdered sugar. Serve hot, warm or cold.
