Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In bowl, beat egg whites and water until fluffy.
Add nuts to bowl.
Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Pour over moist nuts. Generously butter baking sheet.
Place nuts on sheet and separate them.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
