Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. stew meat
    1 c. catsup
    dash of hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine everything and simmer, uncovered, 5 to 6 hours or until the meat has all become tender and shredded.
    You may have to add a little water at the last.
    It should not be runny.
    Stir often.
