Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (3 oz.) can crushed fried onion rings
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
In a 3-quart Dutch oven, saute meatballs until browned; drain and set aside.
Blend flour in hot drippings, stirring until smooth.
Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring.
