Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes (325\u00b0 in glass pan).
