Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. water
1 c. dates
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix liquids and add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Mix in nuts, dates and raisins.
Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Divide between cans.
Place on lower oven rack and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Let cool.
Remove from cans.
Freeze or serve.
