Ramp Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced squash
    4 c. ramps
    2 c. sliced cukes
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 c. diced red peppers
    1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 c. vinegar (white)
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Combine squash, ramps, cukes, peppers and cauliflower. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup salt and let stand in ice water 2 hours.
