Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. frozen corn
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Stir flour into melted butter until it is smooth and free of any lumps.
    Add remaining ingredients one by one except for the nutmeg.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
