Lynn'S Pasta Suprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. rainbow pasta
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. cucumber, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped or dry parsley
1 tsp. cilantro
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 c. onion, if desired
2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 small tomato, chopped
Preparation

Boil pasta according to directions (no more than 8 minutes). Add mayo, mustard and milk mixed together.
Drain pasta and add liquid to it.
Should be enough to moisten all pasta but not runny.
Add more mayo if needed.
Add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Garnish with fresh parsley and small pieces of tomato.
