Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in small pieces
    1 small can mushrooms and liquid
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Roll the meat in flour and brown in butter; place in casserole. Add mushrooms and liquid, soup mix and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Before serving, stir in sour cream.
    Serves 6.
