Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    2 c. chopped bananas
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir in eggs and oil, then add all other ingredients.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Do not beat.
    Pour into greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan.
