Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 oz. cans whole mild green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. mild Cheddar
Preparation
    Stuff slices of Jack cheese into split and seeded chilies in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix together eggs, milk, flour and seasonings.
    Pour grated Cheddar on top.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
