Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, diced
1 large container cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large container sour cream
1 lb. bag egg noodles
1 tad of margarine
Preparation

Cook meat, tomato sauce and diced onion until meat is done. Mix cheeses in a separate dish.
Add sour cream.
Cook noodles; drain and divide in half.
Line the bottom of dish with margarine and noodles.
Add all cheese mixture to the center of the noodles. Add remainder of the noodles on the top of the cheeses.
Pour meat mixture over top of the noodles.
Season to taste.
