Double Layer Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. half and half
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 c. milk or half and half
2 pkg. vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (solid pack)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Soften cream cheese in microwave (30 seconds).
Mix cream cheese, tablespoon of milk and sugar until smooth.
Mix in Cool Whip.
Spread mixture on bottom of crust.
Mix milk and pudding until smooth; should be thick.
Blend in pumpkin and spices. Spread mixture on top of cheese layer.
Chill for 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip when served.
Garnish with nuts if desired.
