Chicken Polynesian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned chicken breasts or thighs
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) jar creamy French dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts or thighs in pan.
    Mix onion soup mix, preserves and French dressing well and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
    Serve with a pot of rice and use sweet and sour gravy over rice and chicken.
