5 O'Clock Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 stick melted oleo
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
10 c. flour
Preparation

At 5:00 P. M. dissolve yeast in water in a large Tupperware bowl.
Add melted butter, salt, eggs and sugar.
Add flour to make a soft sticky dough.
Let stand in warm place.
Punch down several times each hour until 10:00 P.
M. (for a total of 5 hours).
Roll out dough 1/2 at a time.
