Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cold margarine
1 tsp. Equal Measure or 3 packets Equal
5 to 5 1/2 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Combine flour, Equal and salt in medium bowl.
Cut in margarine with pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing lightly with a fork until dough is formed.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Double recipe for a two-crust pie.
