Tater Tots Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 large pkg. Tater Tots
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Cook until done. Drain, then put into casserole dish.
    Heat soup and water.
    Pour over mixture.
    Put Tater Tots on top and cover with grated cheese. Cover with foil and cook 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
