Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can drained salmon, flaked
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; pack lightly into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    I like to bake mine in muffin pans.
    Bake until light brown.
