Atlanta Gas Light Small Cherry Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 pkg. very small paper baking cups
Preparation

Thoroughly combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and lemon juice.
Fill paper cups 3/4 full.
Place close together on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Chill.
(May be stored, covered, in refrigerator one week or frozen.)
To serve, top with cherry and small amount of pie filling.
Makes approximately 10 1/2 dozen.
Nice to serve at teas or receptions.
