6 In 1 Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 c. celery
    1 c. sliced, raw onions
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. raw potato
    butter, salt and pepper (on each layer)
    1 can tomato soup
    6 Tbsp. raw rice
Preparation
    Place half of the hamburg in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.
    Follow with 1/2 cup of celery, then layer 1/2 cup onion, then 1/2 cup carrots, then 1 cup potatoes and sprinkle 3 tablespoons raw rice over mixture.
    Add some butter, salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
    Pour over 1 can tomato soup.
    Bake 3 hours in slow oven (300\u00b0).
