Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    4 large eggs
    8 oz. cream or milk
    4 to 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cooked sausage
    seasoned salt, parsley or dill to taste
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix eggs and milk together.
    Set aside.
    Line bottom of pie shell with cheese, then sausage.
    Pour egg mixture into pie shell; add seasonings.
    Sprinkle parsley in the middle. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat and continue cooking at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let cool.
