Rhubarb Or Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
5 c. rhubarb or peaches
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil fruit with sugar, cornstarch, water and add vanilla. Combine margarine, flour, brown sugar and oatmeal.
Put 2/3 of this mixture in loaf pan and press down.
Pour fruit over this and put remaining dry crumb mixture on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
