Ed'S Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 lb. confectioners sugar
10 Tbsp. bourbon whiskey
2 sticks butter
dipping chocolate
Preparation

Place chopped pecans in a glass bowl and cover with whiskey. Let stand overnight.
Melt butter and combine with confectioners sugar and pecan/bourbon mixture.
Mix with wooden spoon.
Let batter cool (1 hour to overnight).
Roll into balls.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour or in freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and keep it at minimum heat.
Using toothpicks, dip balls into chocolate and place onto wax paper.
Makes 90 to 160, depending on the size.
