Stuffed Pork Chops(Yum...Yum) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick, center-cut pork chops
    1 container Stove Top stuffing
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. ground sage
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onion and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened (8 to 10 minutes).
    Stir in sage and water.
    Bring to boil and then add stuffing mix.
    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Use fork to fluff stuffing.
