Diabetic Sugarless Cinnamon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. milk, fruit juice or coffee
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the butter until it is light.
    Blend in sifted flour and baking powder.
    Add liquid sweetener.
    Combine with vanilla and other liquid, milk, juice or coffee and mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over dough and knead until streaked.
    Shape dough into balls 1/2 inch in diameter and arrange on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls with fork dipped in cold water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 30 cookies, 30 calories each.
