Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating between each addition.
Beat well.
Add bananas and nuts. Stir in flour and soda.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Wrap in foil; store in fridge overnight.
