Ingredients

300 gr. flour
125 gr. (1/4 lb.) sugar
3 drops vanilla
3 egg yolks
125 gr. (1/4 lb.) finely ground almonds
250 gr. (1/2 lb.) butter
vanilla sugar or powdered sugar
Preparation

Put flour on board, in center of flour put sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.
Mix.
Put almonds and butter (cut in small pieces) on top.
Knead until dough is very smooth.
Let dough rest for 30 to 40 minutes.
Form little crescents out of dough.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
While still hot, roll in powdered sugar.
