Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp. red horseradish
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/3 c. minced pecans
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain and mash salmon.
    Mix with softened cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and liquid smoke.
    Use plastic wrap to form into a log.
    Cover with wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours, at least.
