Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. veggie burger
    4 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2/3 c. salsa
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in 2 cups of boiling water until tender.
    Brown veggie burger with salsa and onion; mix all ingredients together. Pour in casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
