Texas Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sugar (more if sweet sauce is preferred)
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
2 c. catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. Tabasco

Preparation

Combine ingredients and simmer 20 minutes over medium heat.
