Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans bulk sausage
    2/3 c. sauerkraut
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    seasoned bread crumbs
    regular bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together.
    Add just enough bread crumbs so you can roll mixture into balls, then roll balls in regular bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour, then put under broiler for 10 minutes.
    These freeze well.
