Graham Cracker Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham crackers (whole)
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. graham crackers, crushed
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 stick margarine, softened
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Combine 2 sticks margarine, sugar, egg and milk in saucepan. Boil 1 minute over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add nuts, coconut and cracker crumbs to mixture. Mix well. Spread half over whole crackers, then layer more crackers and the remainder of mixture.
