Consomme Madrilene - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 c. dry sherry
    1 small ripe avocado
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat consomme just to a boil.
    Stir in sherry. Pour into soup bowls.
    Peel and slice avocado.
    Garnish with avocado slices.
    Serves 6 to 8.
