Hearty Beef Stew(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
5 carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, cut in chunks
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 large size can tomatoes
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 whole clove or 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Trim all fat from meat.
Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low 12 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours.
