Beef Roast With Onion Soup Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. beef roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix soups together and put half of mixture in roasting pan. Place roast on mixture and cover roast with remainder of mixture. Add water to pan.
Place in oven at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Makes good gravy to serve over rice.
