Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese or 2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed and drain.
    Put in a casserole dish with soup.
    Add cheese and butter; salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    The last 3 to 5 minutes of baking time, add the crushed French onions, or you can omit the French fried onions and add crushed Ritz crackers with some butter on top.
