Orange Glazed Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking powder.
    In separate bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Combine with flour mixture.
    Stir until well moistened.
    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
