Cake Mix Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. orange cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. zucchini
2 tsp. grated orange peel

Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil and cinnamon in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Fold in zucchini and orange peel.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes.
Jab with toothpicks. Make syrup of sugar and orange juice.
Cook on medium until sugar dissolves.
Spoon over bread.
Cool and garnish with orange slices and confectioners sugar.
