Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
9 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper, cooking 2 minutes. Slowly stir in milk and continually stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
In 2-quart casserole, arrange sliced potatoes, onion, then sauce.
Repeat layer.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until potatoes are tender.
Makes for 10.
