Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, cracker crumbs, onion and 1/2 cup milk.
    Pat evenly on cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight.
    Cut in serving size pieces and dust with flour and brown.
    Put in roasting pan with 1 can mushroom soup and rest of can of Pet milk.
    Bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
