Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 beaten egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
24 graham crackers, crushed
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 stiff beaten egg whites
Preparation

Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg yolks and vanilla; beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with graham cracker crumbs and milk.
Add nuts.
Fold in egg whites. Bake in 2 waxed paper lined 8-inch layer cake pans in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 25 minutes.
