Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift together first 6 ingredients.
Put in a bowl; dig a well in center.
Pour in the oil.
Pour water over and mix well.
Add beaten eggs and pumpkin mix.
Pour into 3 medium sized loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
