Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2/3 can creamed corn (yellow)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, mixing well.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
