Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. polish sausage or kielbasa
    2 c. ham
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. celery
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute sausage and ham in butter for 5 minutes.\tAdd chicken and brown sugar; cook 5 more minutes.
    Add celery, bell pepper, onion; cook 5 minutes more.
    Add all spices and saute 1 minute. Mix in tomatoes and garlic.
    Cook for an additional minute or two. Combine everything with chicken stock and rice in a Dutch oven. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until all liquid has been absorbed.
