Chinese Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 side baby pork ribs
2 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, slightly crushed
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
honey
Preparation

Place side of ribs on a rack in a large, flat pan.
Place 2 plus cups of water in the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Place on the stove under high heat.
When steaming, reduce heat to low-medium and parboil for 45 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients, except honey.
When ribs are done, cut them using a sharp knife.
Place them in a marinating dish and cover with the marinade for a minimum of 5 hours.
Turn the ribs every few hours.
