Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (15 or 16 oz.) envelope chicken gravy mix
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.
    Combine milk and gravy mix.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
